1 x Benninger (Ben-Extracta) Wash Box Model EA-4, Year 2000, 3 meters (118” wide) 4 – SS top rolls, 118” wide x 6” diameter 3 – SS top rolls, 118” wide x 6” diameter 1 – SS top roll (scroll) 5” diameter, driven 5 – SS submerged bottom rolls, 118” wide x 8” diameter (9 pass – 15 meter fabric capacity) At the exit end of the wash box is a rubber/SS nip, 118” wide x 10” diameter This nip is driven with DC motor and gear reducer – Box design with excellent torsional and floor stability – No transmission drives nor friction clutches; only single drives – Separate intermediate squeezer – Practically the same washing effect with DA and EA compartments – Excellent accessibility to the squeezers and compartments for cleaning/maintenance – Low tension fabric transport through controlled single motor drives – Large guide roll diameter and proper spacing ensure crease-free operation – Lightly running rolls (new seals and new external bearings) – Simple and straight liquor flow No steam escapes from the steamtight BEN-EXTRACTA washing compartments even at high temperature.  The steam sealing of the entire washing range leads to a better washing effect, and energy consumption is distinctly reduced.
